Instead of pushing through, we lean in. Learn to let your emotions and energy guide your movement, so it becomes a tool for expression and healing, not just progress.
Week 5: break the pattern
Understand the cycle of self-sabotage, overthinking, and burnout, and shift it for good. This week, you’ll learn how to respond instead of react, and rise instead of retreat.
Week 6: fitness reimagined
Now we root it in. You’ll create your personal movement manifesto and reflect on the identity you’ve built. This isn’t the end, it’s your new baseline.
