Hey,  I am Chaylene.

I used to think being “disciplined” meant pushing through no matter what.

Even when I was exhausted. Even when it hurt.

Even when my body was begging for rest.

I’ve been the girl who cried after missing a workout, who wore soreness like a badge of honor, who genuinely thought she had to earn food through fitness.

Now? I move because you wouldn't like the version of me who didn't. 

Movement is no longer something I force, t’s something I crave. It grounds me. It frees me. And it’s helped me rebuild my self-trust from the inside out.

I created Movement Rebellion for the woman who’s done with shame-based movement. Who wants to move with joy, intuition, and softness, but still build habits that stick.

You don’t need another program that tells you to “just be consistent.”

You need a deeper relationship with your body... and that’s exactly what we’ll build together.

Here is what I'm known for:


I am a product of my own teachings. After years of battling health issues like migraines, chronic pain, endometriosis and anxiety I learned how to show up for myself and completely turned my health around. 

I created a wellness business in my early 20's while I rose to the top of a Network Marketing Company sharing essential oils + lifestyle swaps to thousands of people across the world. 

I created my own signature program Enhanced Habits, which has helped dozens of women reimagine wellness, and create healthy habits that actually stick. 

I help people find their calm and teach them to use nature in many ways to ground, relax and heal. I spend any extra time I have in the trees celebrating nature in all the ways I can. 

So now what?

Now, I’m rewriting the story around movement ... and I am inviting you to do the same.

Because too many of us have internalized punishment-based fitness, rigid routines, and hustle culture disguised as “discipline.”

Movement Rebellion is a 6-week experience to unlearn all of that.

It’s for the women who want to feel strong without pushing past their bodies, who crave consistency that doesn’t rely on guilt, and who are ready to move in ways that feel like freedom.

This isn’t about following a plan ... it’s about building a relationship with movement that’s rooted in you.
