When you sign up to work with me, we’ll start off with a one-on-one phone call to talk about your goals and wellness.. From there, we will develop a customized plan to move you through the following steps:

MEET YOUR COACH

Hey,  I am Chaylene.

I hit my health rock bottom early in life. I was living off stress, constantly overwhelmed by the never-ending to-do list. I knew I needed healthier habits, but by the end of the day, I was too drained to do anything but numb out.
Deep down, I’ve always been guided by my emotions, curious about the natural flow of life, and driven to follow what feels good. Leaning into that has not only helped me rebuild my wellness, but it’s also allowed me to create my dream life with ease.
I’ve gone from paralyzed by overwhelm and stuck in cycles of self-sabotage, to doing what feels good— and what feels good is now actually good for me. My original goal was just to feel better in my body, but by following these practices, I’ve found alignment not only with my body but also with my soul.
Here is what I'm known for:


I am a product of my own teachings. After years of battling health issues like migraines, chronic pain, endometriosis and anxiety I learned how to show up for myself and completely turned my health around. 

I created a wellness business in my early 20's while I rose to the top of a Network Marketing Company sharing essential oils + lifestyle swaps to thousands of people across the world. 

I created my own signature program Enhanced Habits, which has helped dozens of women reimagine wellness, and create healthy habits that actually stick. 

I help people find their calm and teach them to use nature in many ways to ground, relax and heal. I spend any extra time I have in the trees celebrating nature in all the ways I can.
